About Us
The Riverside Club, hereinafter referred to as the Club came into being in the month of November, 1959 with the Officer Trainees of the Indian Iron & Steel Co. Ltd. as ordinary members. The draft By-Laws of the Club were ratified in a general body meeting in the aforesaid month and year.
The Club, started operating from 4/20, Riverside Township Burnpur as allotted by SAIL-ISP (the then Indian Iron & Steel Co. Ltd.) from 24th March, 1971. The club is registered under West Bengal Societies Registration Act 1961.
